Membership Toolkit Registration

We invite you to visit and create and/or update your Membership Toolkit account to see everything your PTA and school has to offer this year, such as an updated 2023-2024 school calendar and student and parent directory.


Once you create a Membership Toolkit Account, you will have access to upcoming calendar eventsmake Spirit Wear purchases when available, join as a PTA member, sign up to volunteer, view the family and student directory, and much, much more throughout the year. We will continue to update the website as we receive more information about school this year, so bookmark and check back frequently for new information. If you are a returning family this year, we encourage you to log in, update your information (such as contact information and add any new Kindergarten students to your account), and set your directory preferences. 


The steps to register and/or update your information should take less than 10 minutes and are as follows: 

  • Go to
  • If you already have an account from last year, you can login using your email and password. You can then proceed to the numbered steps below.
  • If you are a new user, select "Create Account" and fill in the name, email, and password information.
  • Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
  • Once you have verified your email address, log back in and finish the registration process as described below. 
  1. Complete the Parent/Family and Student Information.
  2. Complete the Directory/Publish Preferences.
  3. Once these forms are complete, you will be able to access forms for PTA Membership, Spirit Wear, and Volunteer Opportunities, and more throughout the year.  All of your Back-to-School needs have been included in one convenient place! 
  4. You will be able to update your students' class information, including cohort, once they have been officially released. We will also be confirming student information once available late August. Once this information is in the system, you will be able to filter the Directory by grade and teacher and find out who is in your child's grade and class.

Once the Primary Account is set up, the Primary User can "invite" other email addresses to access his/her account.  This allows the Secondary User to have their own login information, but still have access to the family account.
