After School Enrichment online enrollment/payment opens on September 16th at 9am, and closes on September 20th at midnight.
Please update your child’s grade if you were enrolled in our system last year. Class descriptions can be found on our site when you enroll. It is important you read our ASE Policy! When you enroll your child in a class you are agreeing to the BHS ASE Policy and its terms.
A Parent Volunteer is required for each class to run unless noted in our class description. If a volunteer is not secured for a class, that class will be cancelled. Parents who volunteer for the full session will receive a reimbursement for the class cost at the end of the session. Parents can enroll to be a volunteer when they enroll and pay for their child’s class(es) online. Once you are enrolled in our system, when you are enroll your child(ren) in a class: click on the “Select Activity Extras” drop down, click on the “Parent Volunteer.” Parent volunteers for ASE, must be a member of the BHS PTA and fill out the School Volunteer Security Check form at https://www.trumbullps.org/general/volunteer-form.html and return to the BHS office.
Parents will be notified via email if they are selected to be the parent volunteer (based on system time/date stamp). Please consider volunteering. Volunteers should be at school for 3:25.
